About this game

You start with a small garden pond and a little money. Buy a female and a male fish in the shop, release them, then tap the water to cast your line. When the float goes under and an exclamation mark appears, strike at once: too early scares the fish, too late and it spits out the bait.

A pair in the pond produces young, and every fish carries its own genes, so careful breeding gives bigger fish over time. You sell catches when the market is good, buy new species, rods and bait, and unlock larger ponds. Weather and the time of day follow the real clock.

It is played with the mouse on a computer or by touch on a phone; the developer says it plays best on a phone. Progress is kept only on your device, with no account. The game is in beta (0.4.1 when checked), so prices and rewards may still change; its page says an Android version is coming to Google Play.
