About this game

Idle Dreadnought puts you in charge of a warship at the edge of a hostile sector. The turrets aim and fire by themselves. Enemy fighters arrive in waves and drop alloy, which you spend during the run on upgrades such as hull strength and turret damage.

Between runs you fit weapons to the ship's mounts in the shipyard. The developer's page describes larger hulls to commission later (a corvette, a destroyer and a carrier), boss ships, and a challenge sector with new rules every Monday.

It is played with the mouse or by touch; on a keyboard, Space changes the speed, U opens the upgrades and P pauses. The developer says this browser version has no advertising. The game is by Griffiths Games, whose page also links to an Android version on Google Play, which the developer says has optional rewarded ads.
