Super Pancake Flip

About this game

Super Pancake Flip (超パンケーキ返し) is a one-minute arcade challenge. You hold a key to load the throw and let go to send the pancake into the air. The longer you hold, the higher it flies and the faster it turns, past the kitchen window, over the rooftops and right out into space.

A box in the corner shows which side must land face up. Catch the pancake on that side and its turns are added to your total; land it the wrong way round and that throw counts for nothing. Let it fall beside the pan, or throw so hard that it never comes back, and the run is over. When the minute ends you can start again at once.

On a computer you hold and release Space or Enter and move the pan with the left and right arrow keys. All the text is in Japanese, but the counter and the timer are easy to follow. The developer describes swipe controls for touch screens and says the game is still being tested on real phones; itch.io marks it as not made for phones, so only the desktop version is listed here.
