You Leave Grass In Your Wake

About this game

You Leave Grass In Your Wake is a puzzle game made in PuzzleScript. You move a small dark creature square by square across islands of green, blue and purple ground, and each level asks you to collect all the eggs. Every square you leave behind turns into a path that stays there and blocks your way, so the order of your steps matters from the first move.

The first levels teach one idea at a time with short text screens between them. The developer says the game is meant for people who have never played puzzle games before and becomes quite difficult by the end.

You move with the arrow keys, press X for the action, Z to undo a step and R to restart the level. There is no timer and no score: you can think for as long as you like and undo as often as you need.
