About this game

You come back from Seoul to clear out your grandmother's little mending shop, now that she has moved into a nursing home. The neighbours keep knocking, so you end up running it. Each job is a small task done by hand: to clean an apron, you first choose what suits the stain, then scrub until it has gone, and the game awards up to three stars.

The developer's page lists stitching tears, sewing on buttons, ironing, sorting parcels, taking payments and phone bookings across seven stages. Each regular fills a square of your grandmother's unfinished jogakbo, a Korean patchwork wrapping cloth.

It is played with a mouse or by touch, in English or Korean, and progress is saved in the browser. The page describes this as chapter 1, lasting about 40 to 50 minutes. The story is gentle, but it touches on old age and memory loss, and the page mentions a widower among the customers.
